ABOUT ME

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW

Fun Facts:

  • I love my job. I quit my 9-5 years ago so that I could stay home with my three kids and do what I love — writing about real estate and helping agents grow their businesses.
  • I’m originally from Massachusetts. No, I don’t have the Boston accent.
  • I grew up going to open houses with my grandmother. She’s worked as a real estate agent for over 30 years.

Hey There , I´m Josie

In 2020, I started out as a freelance real estate writer helping real estate agents and big brands with articles, newletters, emails ,copywriting, and more.

As my business grew, I realized I only had so much time on my hands. This is why I’ve expanded to offer an all-in-one marketing resource—Savvy Social Agent—for real estate agents. In the membership (launching in April), you’ll find a whole suite of customizable real estate templates, including:

  •  A monthly social media content calendar
  • Buying/selling guides
  • Printable templates (flyers, postcards, checklists, mailers, brochures, presentations, etc.)
  • Newsletter templates
  • Email templates

Whether you’re just starting out or you need to get your time back to focus on your real estate business, the Savvy Social Agent membership will provide all the templates and tools you need to build your brand.
